Mark Craig was appointed group CFO and Mark Hudson to the role of group finance director at Hyperion Insurance Group, effective January 01, 2020. Craig joined Hyperion in 2017 and is responsible for the group’s investment programme, including identifying, executing and financing mergers and acquisitions and other growth initiatives, and managing Hyperion’s treasury and cash reserves.
