Matthew Hare is the CEO of Zzoomm Full Fibre Broadband, an Oxfordshire-based alternative broadband provider. The company aims to cover 1 million UK premises with its 2Gbps FTTP network, having already extended coverage to 202,000 premises across 23 towns in England. Zzoomm has raised a total of £224m in capital, including £100m in debt, £12m from private investors (with a significant portion from Hare), and £112m from Oaktree Capital. Hare founded Zzoomm in 2018 after previously serving as CEO of Gigaclear.
