Michael Frankel is the Co-CEO of Rexford Industrial Realty, a real estate investment trust that focuses on investing in and operating industrial properties in Southern California. Along with co-founder Howard Schwimmer, he led the company's growth from 5.5 million square feet of industrial property at its 2013 IPO to a 51-million-square-foot portfolio with a nearly $10 billion equity market capitalization. Mr. Frankel will depart from his role as Co-CEO effective March 31, 2026, but will continue to serve on the Board of Directors until his term expires at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
