Patrick O’Brien is the Chief Operating Officer at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, a role he has held since July 2022. He initially joined the company in December 2014 as General Counsel. Prior to Arrowhead, O'Brien practiced in the healthcare field for over 25 years, including roles as Group Vice President of Law at Shire and various legal positions at Johnson & Johnson.
