He has a proven track record of discovering world-class gold deposits and led GT Gold to a CA$456 million acquisition by Newmont Mining Corp. in May 2021. Harbidge was previously the Senior Vice President of Exploration at Goldcorp Inc. until its acquisition by Newmont in April 2019.
