Peter Roose is the head of sales and marketing at Tallink, an Estonian ferry operator. Tallink acquired Silja Line for 450 million euros and 5 million of its own shares, a deal that would significantly strengthen Tallink's position in the northern Baltic passenger ferry market. Tallink went public to raise capital for expansion.
