Richard A. Murphy is a fund manager appointed to the board of directors of ENSERVCO Corporation in January 2016. ENSERVCO provides well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries. Murphy is also the managing member of Cross River Capital Management, LLC, the general partner of Cross River Partners, L.P., which was the largest stockholder of ENSERVCO. He previously worked as an analyst and portfolio manager with SunAmerica Asset Management, LLC, and as an associate investment banker at ING Barings.
