Richard Dana is the Co-founder & CEO of Tembo Money, a company focused on democratizing access to homeownership and helping the next generation overcome the mortgage affordability gap. Tembo Money started with family-supported mortgages and has expanded to offer various solutions for affordability issues, including shared ownership and joint borrower sole proprietor mortgages. Prior to Tembo, Richard spent his early career in restructuring at EY, founded and exited an online travel platform, and was CFO at a London accelerator.
