Rolando D'Arco is the CEO of Leasys, which is consolidating with Free2move Lease to form a new European mobility company. This new entity, co-owned by Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, aims to become a leader in mobility services with a target fleet of one million vehicles by 2026.
