Simon Retter served as the CFO of Horizonte Minerals since 2016 and was appointed as an Executive Director in July 2023. Horizonte Minerals is a nickel company developing two Tier 1 assets in Brazil. Prior to Horizonte Minerals, Simon was a founding director and Financial Director of Paragon Diamonds Ltd from 2010 to 2017, where he managed the IPO process and raised £9 million in equity funding.
