He joined Lennar over 40 years ago and has held numerous leadership roles across the company's Homebuilding Division and former Investment and Commercial Properties Division, becoming CEO in April 1997. He also served as Chairman of the Board of LNR Property Corporation after its spin-off from Lennar.
