Thomas Bailey was appointed Chief Financial Officer of NanoString Technologies, a provider of life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products, on January 16, 2018. Prior to joining NanoString, he served as CFO at AgaMatrix Holdings LLC from 2014 to 2018. Before that, Bailey was CFO and later CEO at Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, a developer of drug delivery and medical device technologies.
