Dr. Thomas Chen, MD, PhD, FAANS, is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Science Officer (CSO) of NeOnc Technologies, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing intranasal drug delivery platforms to bypass the blood-brain barrier for brain cancer and CNS disorders.
