Victor Căpitanu is the Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of One United Properties, a Romanian real estate development company he established in 2009 (with some sources citing 2007) alongside Andrei Diaconescu. He is a banker by profession and previously founded Capital Partners in 2005 before launching One United. Under his leadership, One United Properties became the third most valuable entrepreneurial company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with a market capitalization exceeding €700 million.
