Kent Ho is the founder and general partner of S28 Capital, an early-stage venture firm he established in 2015 after previously launching Harbor Pacific Capital in 2009. As a generalist investor with nearly a decade of venture experience, he targets seed and Series A rounds in sectors including business products, healthcare, information technology, retail, fintech, and genomics across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
