Anil Diwan is the Executive Chairman and President of NanoViricides, a company he co-founded in 2005. NanoViricides focuses on developing nanomedicines, including the broad-spectrum antiviral NV-387, which is currently in Phase II clinical trials for MPox. Prior to NanoViricides, Diwan founded TheraCour Pharma, Inc., and AllExcel, Inc., both involved in nanomedicines and other technologies. He holds a Ph.D. from Rice University.
