Ciaran O'Kelly is the Co-Founder and CEO of Prime Financial Technologies, a company spun out of TPV portfolio company Enigma in January 2022 that provides AI-powered SMB lending infrastructure for community banks. He previously served as a Global Markets Executive at Citi, Bank of America, and Nomura, and currently holds a Board Director position at Upstart (NASDAQ: UPST). Under his leadership, Prime secured $49 million in seed financing in January 2022 from investors including NEA, Third Point Ventures, and Capital One.
