Eric Pohlman is a co-founder of One Acre Fund, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa. He started the Rwanda program in 2007, serving as its first Field Officer, and later became the organization's Executive Director in 2023. Under his leadership, the Rwanda program expanded significantly, and he was appointed CEO in March 2024.
