Galen Smith is the CEO of Redbox, an entertainment company that transformed from a single-product physical offering to a multi-window, multi-product experience. Under Smith's leadership, Redbox announced its intent to go public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), which would result in Redbox becoming a publicly traded company with an enterprise value of $693 million.
