Jason Kaye is a Managing Director at Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP, where he focuses on the origination and structuring of affordable housing debt products. His experience includes affordable housing debt and LIHTC equity, State, Historic, and New Markets Tax Credits, syndications, CRA-focused private equity, CDFI investments, and various Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA debt products. Prior to Greystone, he held similar roles at Regions Bank, Bank of America, and Citigroup, and began his career with the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
