Jodi Cook is the President and CEO of Skylark Bio, a preclinical gene therapy company focused on curing pediatric deafness. Before leading Skylark Bio, Cook was Senior Vice President of Gene Therapy Strategy at PTC Therapeutics. She also served as the founding Chief Operating Officer of Agilis Biotherapeutics, which was acquired for $1 billion. She holds a PhD from Arizona State University, a Master’s in Audiology from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Maryland.
