Sean Mulryan is an Irish property developer, and the founder, chairman and CEO of the Ballymore Group, a Dublin-based international property development company. Ballymore Group was founded in 1982 and is considered one of Europe's biggest property developers, notably a major provider of residential space in London. He left school at 17, trained as a bricklayer, and bought his first plot of land at 19.
