Jonathan Shaw is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nuru, a solar-powered metrogrid utility company operating in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He co-founded the company in 2015 with Archip Lobo to expand power capacity in the DRC through renewable energy infrastructure. Shaw is Kenyan-born and has secured international funding to deploy large-scale off-grid solar hybrid mini-grids across Africa.
