Ladd Wilks cofounded ProFrac Services in 2016 and has served as the CEO since its inception, growing it into one of the largest pressure pumping companies in the US. Before ProFrac, he was VP of Logistics for Frac Tech and held leadership roles in other oilfield service companies. He also has an entrepreneurial background, having started his own privately owned E&P company.
