Matthew Wilcox is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Robex Resources, a West African gold producer and developer that completed a A$120M IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange in June 2025. He led an all-share merger with Predictive Discovery to consolidate gold assets in Guinea, combining Robex's Kiniero mine with Predictive's Bankan project. Wilcox previously served as Managing Director at Predictive Discovery before taking on his current dual role at Robex.
