Neil Strong is the CEO ILS at ERS Insurance, a specialist motor-focused insurer that has launched a new dedicated insurance-linked securities (ILS) management division. ERS is expanding into specialty lines, reinsurance, and ILS, aiming to diversify beyond its traditional motor insurance business.
