About Pek Guan

Pek Lian Guan has been reappointed as an executive director and CEO of construction firm Tiong Seng Holdings. He joined Tiong Seng in 1990 and was its CEO when it was listed in 2010. He previously stepped down from the role on July 31, 2020, and was acquitted of corruption charges on October 11, 2024.
