Phil Cowans is the co-founder and former CTO of Nested, a London-based PropTech startup. Nested operates a hybrid estate agency platform that combines local agent expertise with proprietary technology to streamline the home-selling and rental process. Prior to Nested, Phil was the CTO of Songkick. He holds a BA/MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
