Roger Rouhana is the co-founder and CEO of Alpheya, an Abu Dhabi-based WealthTech platform providing B2B, cloud-native, AI-powered solutions to MENA banks, investment firms, and family offices. The company was incorporated in June 2023 with strategic and financial backing from BNY Mellon and Lunate, including $300M in committed capital. Prior to Alpheya, Rouhana was BNY Mellon’s Head of Corporate Strategy and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.
