Todd Dunlap was hired as the new CEO of OfferUp, a mobile marketplace based in the Seattle area, in June 2021. The company is valued at more than $1 billion and has raised a total of $380 million. Dunlap previously spent nearly 14 years at Microsoft, where he helped launch the original Xbox, and was the first managing director for Booking.com's U.S. and Canada business.
