Yan Zhou is the chairman of Busy Ming, a Chinese snack retailer headquartered in Changsha, Hunan. He co-founded Busy For You in 2017, which later merged with Zhao Yiming Snacks in 2023 to form Busy Ming. The company, known for its low-cost snack products, went public in Hong Kong, raising HK$3.7 billion ($470 million) in its IPO.
