She leads the origination and structuring of financing solutions for high-growth venture-backed technology and innovation companies, guiding them from early-stage through expansion. Before joining CIBC through its acquisition of Wellington Financial in 2018, Amy was a subordinate debt lender, working closely with venture capital firms. She also serves as Chair of The Upside Foundation of Canada.
