Andrei Iancu is the Founder and CEO of Halo Industries, a Bay Area-based company developing silicon carbide (SiC) substrate production for AI hardware infrastructure. He previously led the company through a 2020 Series A round valued at $67.5 million with backing from Stelac Capital Partners and Prime Movers Lab. In July 2024, he announced an $80 million Series B round led by Thomas Tull's US Innovative Technology Fund to scale commercialization.
