Curtis Griffith is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of South Plains Financial, Inc., a financial institution and the parent company of City Bank. He has been with the company since its inception and worked with the Bank and its predecessor institutions since 1972, becoming Chairman and CEO in 1993. Griffith also owns and operates several agriculture-related businesses and holds degrees in agricultural economics and law from Texas Tech University.
