Jeffrey Nau was previously CEO of Oyster Point Pharma, where he led the company through its initial public offering in 2019 on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Under his leadership, the company launched TYRVAYA®, the first and only FDA-approved nasal spray for dry eye disease. He raised over $300M+ in capital before Oyster Point Pharma's acquisition by Viatris, Inc. in 2023. He also expanded the company's pipeline to include an investigational Enriched Tear Film (ETF™) Gene Therapy program.
