Juan Carlos Zuazua is the CEO of Viva Aerobus, an ultra-low-cost carrier based in Mexico. He was part of the airline's founding team and became CEO in 2010 at the age of 29. Under his leadership, Viva Aerobus has achieved a 25% CAGR and operates one of the youngest fleets in America. Before joining Viva Aerobus, Zuazua ran a business in the restaurant industry which he started during college.
