Nadav Shoval is an Israeli-American entrepreneur and technology executive who founded OpenWeb in 2011 to help publishers manage online conversations and reclaim audience engagement. He served as the founder and CEO of OpenWeb, a platform that grew to a $1.5 billion valuation before he was ousted by the board in late 2024. Shoval is also the founder of FlowMode and a co-founder of Project Omega.
