Neeraj Singhal is the CEO of Setco Auto Systems (SASPL), a key supplier of medium and heavy commercial vehicle (MHCV) clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions. Setco Auto Systems was acquired by RSB Transmissions, an automotive components platform backed by Bain Capital, in a deal valued at up to ₹580 crore. Under Singhal's leadership, the existing management team will continue to lead the business.
