Peter D. Arvan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pool Corporation (POOL), a leading distributor of swimming pool supplies and equipment, until his resignation on May 4, 2026. He previously joined Pool Corporation as Executive Vice President before ascending to the CEO role. As of his separation, he remains eligible to vest in performance-based and time-based restricted stock awards contingent on meeting performance goals and compliance with separation terms.
