Pratik Kamani is the Chief Executive of Encube Ethicals Pvt Ltd, a contract development and manufacturing firm for topical drugs. He was promoted to this role from his previous position as Chief Business Officer, effective April 1. Kamani first joined Encube over 15 years ago as an executive assistant, and after a period at Shalina Healthcare, rejoined Encube in 2015. Encube Ethicals received an investment of up to $120 million in June 2021 from Quadria Capital and Gulf Islamic Investments, acquiring nearly a quarter of the company at an $800 million post-money valuation. The company is reportedly considering an IPO.
