Rob Pace joined PetSmart in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services and President, PetSmart Veterinary Services (PVS). In this role, he oversees PetSmart’s veterinary service offerings, including Banfield and the PVS franchise. Prior to PetSmart, Rob served as Chief Operating Officer at Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) where he helped grow the organization from 90 to over 220 locations.
