Sumant Sinha is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of ReNew, a leading decarbonisation solutions company. The company has a dedicated solar manufacturing subsidiary, ReNew Photovoltaics Private Limited, established in 2021. ReNew Photovoltaics has received a $100 million investment from British International Investment to expand its solar manufacturing capacity in India. Its facilities include an operational 6.4 GW solar PV module facility and a 2.5 GW solar cell facility, with plans for a new 4 GW TOPCon cell facility.
