Prior to Perfect Day, he was the Head of R&D at Anthem Biosciences, India, for a decade, and also worked as a Research Scientist at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, Singapore. He was a key member of the founding team at Syngene, a subsidiary of the Biocon group.
