Xu Min (徐敏) is the controlling person and founder of PegBio Co., Ltd., a Chinese biopharmaceutical company developing innovative drugs for diabetes, obesity, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. He is a U.S. citizen and served as the key executive behind PegBio's attempt to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market, which was terminated in 2022. PegBio raised approximately $122 million in a pre-IPO round led by Yunfeng Capital and TF Capital before the IPO attempt ended.
