Yann Tissot is the CEO of L.E.S.S., a Lausanne-based company founded in 2012 that develops revolutionary lighting systems. Under his leadership, the company grew from two to six employees and gained recognition through various Swiss innovation awards, ranking 2nd in the TOP100 Swiss Startups. L.E.S.S. secured CHF 800,000 in seed funding through non-dilutive competitions and later closed a CHF 3.0 million Series A financing round in April 2015 to commercialize its products.
