Andy Ruben is the founder and executive chairman of Trove, a company he started to accelerate the shift toward more sustainable, circular models in retail. Prior to founding Trove, he led transformational endeavors at Walmart, including starting sustainability as their first Chief Sustainability Officer. Ruben is also a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group and an advisor to Earthshot Ventures.
