David Kagan is the Chief Executive Officer of Globalstar. He expanded Globalstar's services to focus on satellite IoT and orchestrated a deal with Apple for direct-to-satellite SOS capability on the iPhone 14. Before Globalstar, he was president and CEO of Maritime Telecommunications and later led Globe Wireless, growing it to support 6,000 ships worldwide before selling it to Inmarsat in 2013.
