David Moatazedi has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a board member of Evolus since May 2018. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and division head of the U.S. Medical Aesthetics division at Allergan, Inc. from March 2016 to May 2018. He also held various leadership roles at Allergan since March 2005. Moatazedi holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
