Elias Sabo is the Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Executive Officer of Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI), where he has also served as a director since May 2018. Sabo leads the overall strategy and direction of the firm, manages corporate financing activities, and evaluates transaction opportunities as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding CODI in 1998, he worked with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners, and Colony Capital.
