Javier Reyes is the Head of Luca Mining, a producing company with assets in Mexico, which was included in the 2025 TSX Venture 50TM list of top performing companies. His strategic leadership was crucial in the turnaround of Luca Mining in 2020. He has also co-founded various firms in finance, mining, oil and gas, and agriculture and foods, bringing nearly 30 years of experience. Reyes also served as President and CEO of Antares Capital Management and Private Equity CP, and was Country Manager for Goldgroup Mining. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Finance.
